It’s Keith Dunlop. I’m the Shire President of Ravensthorpe Shire, and I am retired. About 11 years I’ve been involved in Local Government, just to do things I thought I could do and make it a better community – which I think it has. Something I didn’t expect, of how much time it took up including, there’s a big lot of reading to do. I love Ravensthorpe because we have got a brilliant National Park here, and the recreation, fishing, is extremely good. The Ravensthorpe Council has been very successful in building a community centre down here in Hopetoun, and lots of other small projects. They were involved in the bouncy pillow, and just various little love projects. The Ravensthorpe Shire invites you down to have a look at our lovely National Park, beautiful beaches and great fishing. There’s always something for everybody – all walks of life.
